Restaurant was not operating.
Receptionist agreed room were not acceptable and no charge would be made. We went elsewhere. But charges were made anyway"

"No welcome gesture. Terrible experience at the reception. Gentleman showed up and he couldn’t find my reservation. He stated interrogating me. He keep on calling someone and will not show me the room. No fan. No AC. No heating for winter months. "
