“Well located property, clean and modern. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Minor problems resolved instantly.
Close to Valletta, directly opposite a nice cafe and close to a mini supermarket for essentials.
Some feedback:
- Fridge/kettle couldn't be plugged in as they're EU plugs (Malta uses UK plugs). They also weren't close enough to plugs to use when we wanted to
- A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be helpful. Very small cupboard under the sink was difficult to keep all of our……

“・経営者側の理由で、ホテルを無断で変えられた。
・しかも、ホテルを勝手に変えたことすら伝えず、単に利用確認という形で連絡がきた。
・ホテルの住所が違っていることに、私が気づかずに行っていたらどうなってたのか
・やむを得ず、新たに指定された宿（民宿、アパート）に行くと、なんと、その部屋には既に入居者あり。
・経営者に連絡して、１時間以上路上で待たされて、やっと担当者が到着。新しいアパートに案内された。”

“Superb location. It’s around 15-min walk from Upper/Lower Barraka, the restaurants, cafes and St John Co Cathedral. They give you the code to the property main door and your own door th The door to the property only opens one way.”

“Lovely staff. Very welcoming and super helpful. Complementary bottled water and beach towel provided. Very good cooked breakfast with choice of fried, scrambled eggs or omelette. Good air conditioning and lovely little chill out lounge in the mezzanine. Very central location close to bars and restaurants but found it quiet once in the building. Would stay here again.”

“For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. The check-in was terrible. The clerk didn’t even smile or offer us a welcome drink as other guests were given. Despite it being a VIP Expedia hotel we were not offered an upgrade. We asked for an early check in and we were denied. We asked for a late check out and again, they said no. And we……
