"The room was large and spacious but poorly laid out and VERY poor lighting, the dresser was broken and in the small closet not allowing for hanging clothes. Only one bathrobe for 2. No extra towels. No bathroom counter space. Very outdated furniture and liquid stains! No extra toilet paper (2day stay we ran out) patio was nice. Food was good. Room was dirty. Spider on bed(live)! Our neighbor sneezed and it was if she was in our room! Not worth the money. They market based on location vs. amenities. This hotel is NOT ADA accessible! Large high steps to get in. No ramp, no handicap access doors no concierge. Not a great experience overall. Bonus: bagels to one side, Starbucks on the other. Oh NO microwave, coffeemaker, fridge is filled with their high priced alcoholic beverages and the fridge was barely cold. It barely kept my medication at the temperature it needed to be. Technically, I should get at least a 50% refund. Ps. Mold in bathroom and warm water in shower at best!!"

"I stayed here for two nights and had a mixed experience. First, I want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is also in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of everything you need. As for the accommodations, the room looked a bit rundown and the bathroom was dated, though both were clean. However, the AC was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent. Overall: It’s an okay place to sleep for a couple of nights if you prioritize location and service over modern amenities."

"AWFUL experience overall. We arrived for check-in at midnight and the reception staff was extremely hostile. Any basic information had to be dragged out through questions, and the overall attitude felt very unwelcoming. One very important detail: the hotel charges $8 for every Amazon package received, which is NOT mentioned anywhere in their description. On top of that, the package pickup process is TERRIBLE — you have to wait in the same huge check-in line just to collect packages you already paid for at "available hours". We had 24 packages and ended up paying an ABSURD amount. It honestly felt exploitative and wasted hours of our trip, adding the stress on our moods. Some packages were marked as received but were lost somewhere in the hotel, so more waiting time and stress. What made this EVEN WORSE was how outdated and manual their processes were — staff were literally handling package tracking with paper and pencil by hand, which explains the disorganization. The bathroom had no ventilation/extractor fan, the room was cold, and there was no heating available. So discusting. I’ve traveled to NYC 4 times before and stayed in other hotels that were better, more professional and better priced. This hotel seemed to charge extra for absolutely everything while offering a much worse experience overall. Shoutout to the only truly helpful person we encountered there: Pablo from engineering, who kindly provided us with a portable heater. You suck, as a team and as a hotel."

"My room had problems with the ventilation and I could not sleep. I was upgraded to a wonderful room for which I was very grateful and very much enjoyed. Thanks to the hotel staff who solved the problem in the most hospitable manner."

"Pay attention to the elevators when you press you floor. It tells you what elevator to catch. Not sure the issues that people had.. catch the correct elevator and you have zero issues. "
