「Lady at the desk on Saturday , June 20 was very kind, patient and helpful. The maintenance man was also very kind and helpful. Great amenities and amazing breakfast.」

「The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!」

「The bathrooms and everything were so clean! Loved all of that! Just the pool was extremely funky. There were still people swimming in it, but I couldn’t make myself get in. Breakfast and everything was nice!」

「Hotel has lament floors, and we were having a hard time adjusting the room temperature a little warme,, so our feet felt damp walking around.」

「My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.」

「We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon」

「The hotel is nicely situated away from busy roads, but close to restaurants and shopping. A quick drive to the interstate and about a 25 minute drive to the beach. The hotel was very clean around and inside the property. The rooms are 10/10. Very spacious with beautiful decor. Breakfast was my favorite. The pancake sandwiches were delicious. So many tasty options!!」

「You get what you pay for but it was decent. If you are there for a night a so it’s decent.」

「The pool is only 3 FEET DEEP! It is not made for swimming, only soaking. I think kids like it but I didn't. The big whirlpool temperature was about 94 degrees which wasn't good. The small whirlpool was perfect temperature. Room was nice and spacious. Plenty of parking.」

「Took a long time to fall asleep due to all the noise. Also someone preset the TV volume to full blast as a joke I guess. Very loud and painful. Definitely not funny! The noisy ice machine sat right next to our door and vehicles were parked backwards in front of our door and window. Got an unwanted early wake up. Left there completely unrested.」
