The private plunge pool villa was stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered the perfect level of privacy. The entire property is visually spectacular, with breathtaking views and a relaxed luxury feel throughout. The food was outstanding. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious. What truly sets Tamanu apart, however, is the staff. Every single team……

“The location and the view from the Hotel is just awesome. The apartment itself with two floors and a private pool is stunning. But I have to say, that you feel, that the apartments are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant service is not the best. There was not one day, we received what we ordered. For instance, you order juice without ice, it comes with ice, you order soy milk - you get normal milk and so……

“It is dirty with insects and mosquitoes and not value for the money. It is only one star resort. I don’t recommend it.”

“The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef. The whole experience was more like a holiday with friends or family than what you get at a big resort. Meals and cocktails were amazing and all are made with passion. “I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.”
