"Laurel went above and beyond to make our stay at “Little Vernon,” a great experience. The house was clean and welcoming. We’ve never seen a more generously stocked rental! "Very clean home on Graham Lake. Upstairs bedroom with its own private bath and downstairs bedroom with hall bath are good size and the beds are comfortable. The lower level unfinished area also has a queen bed. The dual function coffeepot (Keurig and regular) was convenient. Plenty of outdoor seating on the wooden deck and around the fire pit. We loved having the two canoes (one is a 3-seater) and two kayaks available - we wished we could have used them more but it was a little too breezy...

"Everything is as described. I've been visiting Maine on the coast since I was young. But this time, I wanted to try staying on a lake or in a cabin. I don't recall if it was noted, but the house does have a privacy/security gate out to the road that is helpful if you have small children or want to keep your vehicles safe. The water on the lake is crystal clear where you can see fish just by looking down from the dock. Basic paper needs are well-supplied as is the water cooler in the kitchen....

"This rental is centrally located. Bangor is a short drive away and you can get to the coast in an hour. The house was very clean at a resonable price. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from neccesities. We especially enjoyed eating dinner on the river at peppers landing and the Bangor outdoor venue for concerts is beautiful. Great time and wonderful area! "

"Shower curtain liner was moldy. The air conditioner did not blow cold air. It was not in the window correctly. More fans should be provided. The dryer was disconnected. No pillow cases. We had to ask the people upstairs. Would be a great house if these issues were resolved."

"Communication with Travis was great. He was accommodating which was very much appreciated. The home did have a musty animal odor to it, which may have been due to the basement, there was a dehumidifier which was full. In the left downstairs bedroom the mattress protector has blood on it. The sheets were clean, but the mattress protector was dirty. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Other than the odor and the mattress protector issue, we would stay here again. Very safe area."
