  • Welcome to our coastal oasis- a 3 bedroom vacation home in the heart of South Venice. Nestled just minutes from the beautiful shores of Venice Beach, Manasota Beach, and Caspersen Beach, this property offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquility and modern comforts.

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room or step outside to enjoy the private pool and soothing hot tub. Catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV or challenge your loved ones to a game night in the dedicated game room.

    When it's time to explore, you'll find local attractions just a short drive away. Spend the day soaking up the sun on the pristine beaches or venture out to discover the charming shops and restaurants along Venice Ave. Back at the property, enjoy the refreshing pool and spa and soak up the sun. The pool is heated in the colder months (October-April) to 86F, spa is heated for 4 hours every day (evening), year-round to 95F. Please note: in unusually cold weather the electric heater might not be able to reach the advertised temperature as warm water evaporates quickly.

    With thoughtful amenities like free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, and a travel crib, this vacation home is designed to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. Everything was perfect, especially the pool and spa! The pool temperature was always consistent, and it only took a short amount of time in the mornings to warm-up. The spa was a nice touch because of the water falling into the pool. Very relaxing! We also made good use of the bikes. It only took about 30 minutes to bike to Manasota Beach, riding through the beautiful neighborhoods.

The house was perfect for our family. Enough space for our adult children to have privacy, and the layout and amenities promoted spending quality time together! Attention to the small details made it extra special. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, coolers, shark hunting tools), cooking-ready kitchen supplies, plenty of linens for the beach and pool, gas grill.

Amazing Stay

This is the 2nd time in 3 years we have stayed at one of their properties and just like last time everything was fantastic. Plenty of room for us and our 3 boys. The house was clean and pool was great. Perfect location to all beaches. Will be snagging this place for next year if it's available!

Superb Stay Once Again!

Great house in fabulous location! So well stocked with everything you need to make your stay most comfortable. From kitchen items to towels and linens, to bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely eveything you need is there. Home is spotless when you arrive and the Hosts are most responsive and helpful. I have stayed here twice and will most definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Great Weekend

Our family had a another great stay at this home in Venice. Super clean, comfy beds, fully stocked with everything we needed. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and a little cooler to use for going to the beach was so nice! The back pool area was a great place for the family to hang out. Communication was excellent. Will be back as this is our go to property to stay at when visiting family in Venice.

Calm relaxing getaway

Very quiet neighborhood. We used the Heated pool and hottub a lot. It is about 15 mins to the beach. Lots of shells and some shark teeth. Shamrock park and nature center only 5 mins away. Nice trails there. And pickle ball courts. The house was very clean nicely decoratex.

Best house ever!

I can’t say enough about how much my family loved this house. Venice is the perfect place - but this house made everything even more perfect for a vacation. It was like a private hotel- and no detail was overlooked. Communication with the owner was always immediate and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back- it was the happiest 4 days I’ve lived in a long time- thank you!
