The apartment is located in the heart of Venice. 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the Santa Lucia train station. 30 meters from the Frari church and the large San Rocco school and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge.
The unit is independent and is very large 150 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room with sofa, armchair and TV, and a garden of 80 square meters. Convenient to bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
It has three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bath, living room, kitchen and outdoor garden with dining table, sitting area and deck chair Exclusive space in Venice.

Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien déroulé, grâce à l'accueil ponctuel de Monica, l'emplacement idéal de l'appartement dans un quartier animé mais calme à la fois.
