Great location for easy walking to The Grand Canal and St Marks Square. Staff were really nice, check in was easy and we’d arrived early so left our bags so we could go off and explore. When we came back a few hours later our bags had been taken to our room. Our room was compact but lovely with beautiful furniture and the bed so comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here and get a private water taxi in from the airport!

Great location and service, would stay again.

Alessandro at the front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging a water taxi for us and making sure we got collected ok, he so great! And the rest of the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was stunning, only complaint was it could use better pillows. But you can't beat the location, its right off the canal and has very close to all the sites but far enough away.

This hotel was lovely and the front desk staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. I asked if it would be possible to have a kettle and one was provided right away. The breakfast every morning was good and provided a good start to out busy days. The location is great, easy 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, and 10-15 minutes to San Marco Square.

Great hotel, friendly staff and excellent location. Breakfast was good, decent choice for a continental style. Room was a good size, very clean and even had a balcony! Maid gave us fresh soap every day which wasnt necessary and a bit of a waste. Overall great stay and recommended

Well located. Walls not that soundproofed, but it's an old building. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of dropping the key off/picking up at reception as you come and go. I came back at 1am from a wedding and had to ring/knock for 5 mins. Not a long time to wait but the first 4 mins when i didnt know what was going to happen felt a lot longer :) I would stay again as good price for what you get.
