Very good place to visit Venice from. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. The facility is clean. Only issue is the weak wifi, inexistent in the room. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
Quiet island just across Venice. Close to a sandy beach and easy access to Venice and other islands.
Rooftop bar was a good perk, we had aperitivo before going out to supper in Lido.
We stayed in October and it was quieter than Venice but I can see that place booming in the summer months.
Great property. Right across from the beach. Staff were lovely and all spoke English. Rooms were spacious and clean. 15min walk to vaporetto. Lovely town with main street. Dinner in hotel was great and very reasonable

We loved this place! It's an excellent value for Venice. The hotel is quiet and in front of the beach. It is well connected to the main island. The bus, in front of the hotel, runs every 20 minutes and gets you to the main Lido ferry station where you can take many ferries to the main island.
The location was great and check-in was fast. However, our room had a broken or non-working AC, and I got bitten by mosquitoes several times — about ten bites just on my hand — which I’m pretty sure made me sick for the next two days. The staff were amazing though; they helped me recover my lost bag after the airport misplaced it. The TV was oddly off-center and playing some random 90s history channel in German (or maybe Italian). The sea view was nice but unbearably hot in the morning with the sun rise! Also amazing breakfast service!
Very happy with our stay in this hotel in May.
Conveniently situated on the Lido beach and in a close proximity to local restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with Prosecco also.
Very nice hotel great staff very friendly went way above to make our stay perfect highly recommend it especially the rooftop bar man and the restaurant manager couldn’t have done enough for us 😊😊

Ok but not more
The location was good for us: 15 min walk from the boats and just by the public beach. Staff sometimes helpful but sometimes a bit tired of tourists it seems.. Breakfast is nothing extra and a lot of things are finished even an hour before the close. There is a Coop just a couple of minutes walk away and it’s quite good.
We stayed for our honeymoon, and had the best time! All of the staff are so kind and helpful, the food option is amazing!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay! 10/10
Located on the small island of Lido. It's a lovely hotel right across from the beach. It's only about a 20 minute walk from the main dock. (SME) Lovely and charming. With a nice rooftop bar and Pizza restaurant attached. The breakfast is also delicious. A great selection of typical "American Tourists" Eggs, Bacon, Sausage. But a lot of choices for breakfast for different palates. We'd definitely stay again.
We stayed here in March 2025, in one of the top-floor apartment rooms. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!)
The hotel's location in Lido is quiet and relaxing, with considerably fewer people around. I would say that the bar is somewhat over-priced (perhaps this is a Venice issue), but I had cheaper drinking in other hotels on my trip. The hotel's restaurant was good, and reasonably-priced (we had pizza).
Also shoutout to the barman, he was great!
The hotel is on the island of Lido about a 40 minute taxi boat ride away from Venice. We didn't realize just how far away it is, it's not a convenient place to visit Venice. HOWEVER, the hotel is Beautiful and is literally on the beach. There is something about walking along the shore of the Adriatic Sea. The beds were comfortable, and rooms large for Italy.
Friendly and helpful staff on reception, room layout a bit strange but plenty of room for our group of three.lovely rooftop terrace to finish the night with a night cap.
We loved our stay at Venizia 2000. It was in a quite area but so convenient to the beach and walkable to shops and dining. The room was very spacious and clean. The only complaint was a few bugs in the room. The service was excellent. We stayed with a family of five and had plenty of space. Higly recommend this hotel.
We had a beautiful stay. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Venice is easy to reach and beach days are waiting just in front of the hotel. Loved it! We thought there would be a washing machine, but it was not available - we used a close by laundromat instead.
Older, charming, clean and comfortable hotel across the street from the Lido beachfront and easily reached by bus from the water transport landing at Lido SME (Santa Maria Elisabetta). The desk clerk was super friendly and helpful -- and very accommodating of a late (after 11:00 p.m.) arrival which was welcome after a day of flight delays, missed connections and long airport waits. Terrific breakfast included.
Overall nice place. Very good breakfast.
Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though.
Hotel Venezia 2000 in Lido, Venice, offers a comfortable and convenient stay for families. As a family of five, we found the hotel’s proximity to the free beach a major advantage, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and providing helpful information.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had large windows with lovely view of the city and water. Evenings on the roof terass bar, watching the sunset, were a highlight. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a variety of pastries, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurt. The coffee was particularly good, and the dining staff were attentive and efficient.
Overall, Hotel Venezia 2000 provided a pleasant and relaxing stay, with its convenient location, friendly staff, and good breakfast making it a great choice for families.

The staff was really good. Our room, however, it was on the first floor and it was actually for disabled people. So the shower just had a small strip separating that between the sink. The toilet was half in the shower. Making for a weird experience. All the outlets were very loose for plugging in devices. It was clean I will say that.
