Just returned from an amazing 3 nights in Venice. Alessandro and her team were simply amazing at making us feel welcome and looked after. All communication prior to our stay, including directions to the hotel and tourist tax exemptions etc, were absolutely spot on.
The rooms have been decorated in true Venetian style and were beautifully maintained.
I simply can’t praise this hotel enough and would highly recommend for couples or solo travellers
Thankyou for a wonderful stay

I spent hours and hours researching places to stay in Venice… Scalon del Dolge was the winner! I definitely made the right decision - it exceeded my expectations and looked even prettier in real life! Alessandra is just the sweetest person and her attention to detail is evident in everything - from the rooms and decor, to the breakfast, to the cleanliness of the place and her willingness do anything possible for you. Even the check in service was above and beyond. We did the tour with Alessandra and found it to be very interesting and the best tour we’ve done in Italy (and we’ve done quite a few across multiple cities).
If I could give Scalon del Doge 10 out of 10 - that is what I give it 😀

Wow! what a lovely traditional Venetian place to stay. We had the blue room! It was gorgeous. The staff were absolutely fantastic, super nice and friendly and smiling. Breakfast started with cake and a hot chocolate! I loved it! Then they freshly make everything and bring you as much as you want. The room air conditioning is brilliant which is a treat in this heat! WiFi is very good too.
The only downside (nothing to do with the hotel) was the bar downstairs playing music till midnight making it difficult to sleep.
