「My husband, 2 young adult children and I stayed 3 nights in May 2025 in order to visit Venice! There is a lot of space is this location to hang out as a family. We even played Boggle. It is a short train ride trip into Venice where we visited Murano and Burano as well. This location in nice because it feels like a small town where you can escape the tourist trap that is Venice. Great grocery store! Umberto was very attentive and met us there for check in. 」

「My husband and I brought our 2 teenage sons (16 & 17) for their first trip to Europe, starting in Venice. This home was perfect for our needs - we each had our own room, plenty of living area space for when we needed a short break from sightseeing. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the house was immaculately clean. The location was on a quiet street, just on the edge of the Rialto market area - easy to get to everywhere we wanted to explore. 」

Beautiful and bright, lots of light and windowsComes with small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine. 3 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and ensuite, 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 single bedsPerfect location, not at all busy in the morning. On the 3rd floor so a few stairs to get up but this is fine.Right next to the Giglio vaparetto stop for easy transport. Would definitely stay again 」

The location and neighbourhood was great, the apartment was clean and well equipped and Alessandro was communicative and at check in he went above and beyond with great tips and local knowledge of how to make the most of our stay and to avoid crowds. 「We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!). One thing I would highly stress, and not just for this specific property but any in Venice: Do Not leave your windows open at night -...

「We couldn’t have been happier with the choice to stay in this house. It was more spacious than we expected, very clean, and excellent service and communication from the company. I really appreciated being able to do laundry, especially traveling with kids. Also, the private courtyard was a beautiful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast. The neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and some shops. I highly recommend this property! 」
