“This hotel was absolutely horrible. Walking through the hallways and finding the room was very scary as it was completely dark it looked like a dungeon. once I got into my room I felt very uneasy. It felt very old and had a funny smell. When I woke up the next morning as the mattress was extremely uncomfortable I had a horrible night sleep. I tried to go find somewhere to get coffee downstairs and upon my return to the room, I could not help but notice that there was mold around the entire room……

“Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. One of them was able to get the extra charge taken off, NOT the manager. The……

“Loud banging through the walls at night, no soap available when we asked the front desk, parking expensive and off property, staff unhelpful. Generally clean and in a good walkable part of the city, but was unhappy overall with the stay”

“was only using the room to sleep in because we were just getting some sleep as we were driving through on our way to Texas, but the room was very clean, bed was a little hard for my liking but still comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was nice and spacious and clean also. All in all, it was a very wonderful night for us to just get some rest before getting back on the road again in the morning. We didn't use any of the amenitites so we can't attest to those.”
