「This hotel was a very decent value for the money. I had done extensive research during our 550 mile drive and every hotel that was similar in the metro Baton Rouge area was more expensive or the available reviews made the hotel sound too risky. It was very hard to judge what places were good because the reviews were too old. Getting back to the hotel, we had a lovely experience checking in. Very nice people and they told us they had snacks and beer for happy hour until 7 pm. But here is...

「The room was clean and the location was ideal for the Louisiana Marathon. The ladies at the desk and the lady in the breakfast room were very friendly. Parking was an additional charge and I didn't realize that. 」

「Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.」

「Hampton Inn in our opinion surpasses all! This one is an older one so starting to show some wear - though the quality of service is still there! Breakfast even had fresh fruit, and tangerines!!! Smooth in and out. 」
