"Check in process very easy, everything you need is provided in the condo, dishes, soap, everything, not to far to drive to Anna Maria Island and tons of great restaurants close by. Was a nice weekend getaway while we visited with friends in town from out of state."

"This place is fantastic! The communication and support from ownership was awesome! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was just as advertised. The cafe and coffee shop below was super convenient and they had great food and drinks. Next time I am in Sarasota I will absolutely try and stay here. Excellent experience!!"

Positives: Staff is very friendly & prompt. We interacted with several, including Jessica (the owner), and each one was pleasant and helpful. "The room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our quick overnight stay. Loved the seaside decor and big fridge with freezer! The dove soap, shampoo and lotion was also appreciated. Only thing that I can say to have made it any better was to have full and firm pillows on the bed. Other than that I would book again"

"Everyone in the office is great and helpful right down to the cleaning staff! Especially Jen in the office. She is over the top accommodating. Wonderful customer service!! Couldn’t be happier here at our stay! The beach access is just a short walk with beautiful powdery sands and clear blue waters! Highly recommend!"
