「Muy cómodo, escogimos una habitación para 5 personas y el espacio era perfecto, además tenía balcon con vista a la piscina. Lo recomiendo 100%, las instalaciones limpias y el personal super amable.」

「Buena atención en general. Las carpeteras deben ser bilingues para los huéspedes que no dominen el inglés. La habitación estaba limpia y bien atendida. Deben poner platos desechables para el Microondas. El desayuno está aceptable.」

「This is our first time here, and we plan to come back. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Very convenient location with easy access to everything downtown Naples has to offer: food, shopping, the beach, and beautiful surroundings.」

「The amenities are very crisp and clean, with nice views, and without breaking the bank. Well situated for the charming older part of Naples (5th Ave., etc.) and close enough for convenient beach access. Great restaurants everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. We come here about once per month.」

「Whenever I turned on the hairdryer in the bathroom, it shorted out the electric and the bathroom had no light. There was no other place in the room in which I could plug in the hairdryer and see what I was doing. This was a bit of a problem since I was trying to go to wedding events on a daily basis. I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. 」

「We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!」

「The entire hotel and stay were wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator was out of service, and during our 3-day, 2-night stay we had to walk up to the third floor every time using the stairs. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t bad either. Honestly, the elevator issue was the only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars.」

「The room was very nice and it overlooked the bay. The only issue was the bathroom. The shower was a little weird and there was hardly counter space. But the water was nice and hot and water pressure was great. It was also very convenient to the 2 restaurants next to the property. I didn't get a chance to do the Chickee Bar, but next time I will do that. Overall it is a nice convenient quiet place.」
