“Good ”

“Room and building upgraded and pretty but my headboard had telling handprints that was pretty gross to then go and sleep in the bed; had to wash off with washcloth vs heading down for new room; shower also had hairs on floor.”

“Our original room smelled like smoke. We asked for a different room and it was more clean. This hotel is in a rough area and lacked enough parking on a Saturday night. Gym was very hot and was very uncomfortable to workout in.”

“Nice hotel. But I was surprised that breakfast wasn't free, unlike other hotels in the area. I visit Springfield often, and chose that hotel because of the location. In the future, I will stay somewhere that's less expensive and serves free breakfast. ”

“Highly recommend this was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were beautiful. The staff were so nice and I was so excited when I walked into the room and there was a massage chair.”

“The main reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. We got up early to sit in the hot tub before heading into our day, but the pool/hot tub area doesn't open until 9 am. Checkout is at 11 am. Why can't this room be opened at 7 am? When we addressed this with the morning desk clerk, she was not very nice or understanding. Some compassion training would be helpful. And finally, I reserved this room through Expedia, paying for it In advance. When I checked out, the clerk charged me AGAIN……
