“Excellent place to stay, it was super clean the the staff goes out of their way to help you out if you need to. There many restaurants and shops close by 👍”

“Highly recommended. Just a lovely place to stay. Beautifully renovated building from the 1600's. Owner was charming and incredibly helpful. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay.”

“Great location and very cute place. The owner controls air conditioning so you have to text her to have it turned on and off. But I understand she wants to control overhead. We would book again. And don’t forget to eat at Sibilla”

“ family‑run B&Bs the morning meal is a very traditional. classic, Italian “colazione” breakfast simple, sweet, light, and meant to ease you into the morning rather than fill you up like a British breakfast. Home made Sweet pastries — croissant (cornetto), jam tart (crostata), or simple cake (ciambellone) with a Tea_or_cappuccino — light, warm, comforting. It’s not a “tourist but it’s exactly what Italians themselves eat at home or in a bar. And I love it. Limited English but we manage to get all……

“Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof……

“Absolutely beautiful stay. Can't beat the view of the property and room. Only an hour bus ride/drive to the center of Rome. It is a bit of a hike to get to and from the place, so I wouldn't recommend it for individuals with disabilities, nor do I recommend packing more than 1 large suitcase. The host was amazing, very polite and informative and the daily breakfast consisted of homemade and fresh croissants and other pastries. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind a nice hike as the……
