「This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. The location is extremely convenient, and the room has a great sense of design. It has a charming French touch and feels very comfortable.
The staff are very helpful—although there’s no elevator, if you contact the hotel in advance, they’ll gladly assist with your luggage.
It’s a stylish hotel with a strong design aesthetic. I really loved my stay.」

「因為飛機延誤一天，立即訂了這間酒店，之前住過覺得房間很好酒店很有特色，酒店設計很特別，全開放式，很有空間感。
航班延誤令我的行程很疲累，幸好這一天入住了這間酒店，也給了我一個小驚喜，upgrade了我的房間，實在太感動了，可以在大風雪中在酒店啦享受一下，房間實在太舒適了！
酒店的服務也非常好，我查詢有沒有可以溜冰的地方，他們給了我很好的資料。
唯一有一點失望的就是早餐沒之前的水準。」

「Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. 」

「We had a beautiful stay here. The design is exceptional — easily one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. The staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location is great and very walkable.
A few things to note. On Saturday night the restaurant downstairs turns into a nightclub, and the bass was audible and could be felt in the room until after midnight. Earplugs are provided, but light sleepers should be aware. There...

「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room.
A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days.
Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements.
