“We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. ”

“Front staff were very welcoming & gave us great recommendations for dining. Our room was very spacious and super clean. The walking trails nearby were in excellent condition. The proximity to Vetta Spa was a big bonus. A little updating in the decor dept would be an area for improvement, but the decor certainly would not stop us from booking again. “I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”
