The front desk clerk was amazing. He was very polite,.professional, and helpful. The room we booked was clean and smelled nice. It was cozy and comfortable. The beds were too hard for me but I don't care for firm mattresses. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The coffee was good. The building was under some construction and the elevator felt a little rickety but our overall stay was really good. I would be happy to stay at another Candlewood Suites in the future.

Staff were excellent, but, the property needs much renovation. In motel room, doors were hanging off cabinets, had to fix toilet because it wouldn’t flush, staff came and had to fix tv because remote did not work. Also, no coffee was offered in the lobby in the mornings.

Touristy get away

The hotel was well located for ease of off and on access. It was near some good restaurants and shopping. Our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a visit from a cockroach noted in the kitchen area sink.
