“Incredible one-week stay for family of three first week of November. Food was amazing, staff wonderful. Great wellness. Not sure what this place is like in the summer but out of season, it’s a gem.”

“As cascatas is very comfortable the apartment is a good size. We were put in a dark and poorly positioned apartment having asked for a different one ahead of time but when we asked to move we were accommodated in a much better apartment within 48 hours. The bed was comfortable the shower is ok the kitchen was great and well equipped. The hotel breakfast was very good and the bar was very friendly. Service throughout was great.

“Nice, large hotel suited for families and golfers. Room was nice and spacious with double sink bathroom. Staff were really helpful which was nice, especially finding our room which was one of the villas outside. Breakfast was ok but appreciated they have labels to show allergens, although disappointed that they paired the bread with the bacon. I’m gluten free and unfortunately both sections of bacon had bread underneath which seemed a bit ridiculous because there is a whole bread/pastry section.”

“The rooms had their own car park but required a deposit in cash to obtain the remote for the gate. I don’t carry cash so was forced to haul my suitcase up and down multiple stairways and along a dark and uneven path around the back of the building to get to my room late at night. The room itself was fine. Clean and spacious although the bathroom smelled mouldy. Lighting was poor - particularly in the bathroom. Overall it was fine but nothing special.”
