“Quiet and beautiful location. No AC, can be warm in hot weather, did have two fans for help in sleeping. Excellent place for a quiet getaway, lovely hosts.”

When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. “It was really happy for my stay. the guy, Mr. Andrea, who is very kind and helpful, had offered all the best service for me so I feel really comfortable during stay. The room was super clean and of course the bathroom was also nice and clean. For me the cleaness is most important matter so I was happy with them. “This property is perfectly located in the center of Pistoia and offers anything you need. Rooms are nice and of decent size considering the location. There is underground parking 3 blocks away if you let them know in advance. Staff communicated via Whastapp two days in advance to coordinate check in, share front door codes, and parking instructions. I recommend this place! ”
