The carpet next to the elevator had a big stain that looked like dried out vomit and stains all over the wall. The lobby is also very dirty, the chairs have clearly never been cleaned. 「I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. 「The hotel is very centrally located and you can walk to many cafes and restaurants. The service was always friendly and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and is in desperate need of renovation. Some rooms are obviously already being renovated as well. 」

「Une surprise pour un 3*. Nous avons pris une chambre non fumeur mais elle sentait beaucoup la cigarette. L'abattant des toilettes était dégueulasse avec des traces partout. Le bureau avait des tâches visqueuses de sauce et les luminaires poussièreuses, des trous sur les draps etc ... L'hôtel semble très mal entretenu et les chambres mal nettoyées 」
