Das umfangreiche und frische Frühstücksangebot und der tolle Aussenpool mitten im Grünen, umgeben von blühenden Blumen und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Lecher Hausberg Omeshorn, sind für mich weitere Highlights."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. After traveling through Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy while spending over 17 days in various hotels and resort, this property certainly ranked high in our book. "The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. Eine Entspannungsplaylist wäre hier besser. Ebenso hätte ich...

"Das einzige was ein paar Sterne mehr verdient ist Personal was Frühstück betreut. Gesamte Rest ist im Bezug auf Preis-Leistung eine pure Katastrophe. Ein ganz besonderes Apel an miserabel organisierte Parkmöglichkeiten! Alles in einem absoluter Reinfall nicht zu empfehlen!"
