“Prior to this aread wed been to Roma, Sperlonga and Pompeii....but this was the highlight of our trip!!! The property and location were so authentic and real, a breathe of fresh air away from mass tourism. The hosts, chef, food, gardens, view, and nearby coves all blew our minds. Wed love to return!!!”

“We just got back from staying 6 nights at the Boutique Hotel Helios in Sorrento, Italy. Our room and the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The fixtures in our bathroom looked to be new or updated and was extremely clean. Our room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs with a beautiful view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Just beautiful! All staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant, personable and extremely helpful from the front desk personnel to the young male bar tender……

“Staying here is a must if you love grand, peaceful views, incredible food and service, and helpful and inviting staff and owners. This is truly the House of the Baron, settled hillside with panoramic vistas of the sweeping mountain ranges alongside of Naples towards Sorrento. Every aspect of your stay has been considered, and the house keeps a meticulous record of your wants and needs. You can and should consult Gloria & Maria about the area, arranging cars, boats, scooters, and everything……

“Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price.”

“This location is spectacular with a beautiful view and a lemon grove. The rooms are basic but super clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was so delicious. Our family loved it!”

“Location in the old town is great. Room is basic, but very clean and comfortable. Front desk person was very helpful with local recommendations and always available via WhatsApp. We loved it and would come again. If you drive, you have to park in a garage and walk 5 mins to the hotel. They will send address to the garage so you use that in your GPS. We met people who stayed at one of the fancy hotels up on the cliff, but they complained about the 30 min walk to the downtown area. This hotel……

“The location is good and cleanliness”

“Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.”
