“This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening……

“This place is a hidden gem! The moment I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was much more spacious than I had expected and spotlessly clean. Everything felt very new, as if the room had recently been renovated. You can really see how much thought and care the hosts have put into every detail of the space. “The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the……
