Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. 「Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again.」

「I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none.
