The unit would have been ok had it been clean. We arrived after 10pm to find a living area with a badly soiled/stained rug - it needs to find a new home in a dumpster - soiled couch, kitchen cabinets with food all over them, a dirty microwave, dirty dish cloths, stained blankets on the beds, toothpaste on one of the blankets ... gross! The bathrooms were both clean, but there were no bath mats, just one single stained hand towel per bathroom, and a single bath towel per guest, most of which were stained. The single beds were ok, but the larger bed was old and sagging. The furniture in the unit is the smallest, cheapest furniture like you'd find in someones first apartment, and the walls are very thin meaning you can hear everyone who passes by in the hallway. Again, things we could have dealt with if the unit had clean furniture, rugs, linens/towels and kitchen. When I messaged the host about the conditions, they referred us to the management company who did not respond. Late the next day we moved to a different property due the condition of the space. I asked for a refund for three of the five nights. Days later, the property management company said they would not refund us for the unused nights because the unit was operational with no major problems. I guess the property manager is fine with filthy conditions. They did refund the cleaning fee, which was less than the price of a single night. Like I said in the title, do not book this property if you appreciate cleanliness.
