Air conditioning was sufficient to keep room cool. Stove top only, no utensils or cookware. Door locks had been broken into and didn't close easily or quietly.

This place is so nasty, i made an account for my first review. Infested with bedbugs and roaches, STAY AWAY. Spent almost an hour here before accepting that i just burned $80 and left. Word to the wise, spend another $20, get a good room

We ended up getting a different hotel after going back and rereading the reviews. I just ate the money for this room. We were afraid to stay here after we read about the live and dead cockroach comments and issues with the AC.We were traveling with small children and an adult with health problems.

I am submitting this hotel to be the crappiest I have ever stayed in I'm a platinum member and stayed in many they are rude disrespectful and have roaches not reasonable and nothing besides picking when want to do house keeping and want to purchase a King room they will give you a 3 double bed room and not fix it nothing good to say don't clean rooms before move in won't be happy with service run away from place should be shut down till fix problem sorry for anybody there have a merry Christmas please report any problems with this place all helps should be knocked down and rebuilt this problem Will never go away

It was a great stay. Nice and big room. Only complaint is you can’t control the heat, and the blankets aren’t heavy enough so I froze when I slept. Definitely should have worn a sweat shirt and sweat pants to sleep.

The property manager at the front desk didn’t even know I had a reservation. I paid for and reserved a room, but he couldn’t “find it in the system” very inconvenient and when I did get checked in the room was filthy. I had to mop the whole floor and I did see cockroaches in the room.

They have bugs running around in the refrigerator. The sink had sand in it. Showed the owner but he didn’t care. He said I can choose another room or refund. This was at 1 am. The other room he was offering had bugs in the doorway. The worst place I ever booked. DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!

Room was dirty when arrived. Dead bugs in plain view. Asked for them to clean it manager refused. Bought our own broom and mop and cleaned it. Later on in the evening we discovered it’s infested with cockroaches. When we asked for another room the manager told us to leave. No respect or hospitality.

Staffing was not the best, the people who worked there couldn’t bother to greet me and my friend and seemed annoyed and irritated to be working. The place was not the cleanest. The roof began to leak and was just giving an overall not good experience. Don’t recommend to book here.

This room reeked of cigarette smoke although it says smoke free room. There’s a gap between the floor and door, so small animals could get in. I woke up to cockroaches on the same bed as me. These sheets were stained on all the beds and the remote did not work.
