Rooms nasty, no air conditioning. Wasn’t allowed to park our truck on property because guests complained. It’s just a basic Nissan titan. So made no since at all. We ended up leaving and getting reimbursed. Definitely don’t recommend!!

This was easily the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty (the floors were filthy, and the bathtub and toilet were in terrible condition and covered in mold), and there were absolutely no kitchen utensils. But that wasn't the worst part. There were cockroaches. We killed five of them, but there were more. A truly disgusting place. The only plus of this place is its location near the beach.

We found dead roaches immediately after going into our room. We directly asked the staff if they had roaches, he said and I quote. Well, Yes we do. We sprayed on Monday (it was Saturday) would you like more roach spray? We immediately checked out.

I DON'T recommend staying here. The pictures are deceiving. Booked a king suite with 1 bedroom, kitchenette and a double bed. Was told it wasn't available and had to pay the same price for a room with 3 double beds. It was unclean, linens dirty, roaches, broken tiolet, taped up ceiling, and someone else's soap bar with hair on it left in the bathroom. Floor was filthy and poor air conditioning. Zero offer from staff to make it better and no money back. Stay somewhere else!!!

It was a great stay. Nice and big room. Only complaint is you can’t control the heat, and the blankets aren’t heavy enough so I froze when I slept. Definitely should have worn a sweat shirt and sweat pants to sleep.

We ended up getting a different hotel after going back and rereading the reviews. I just ate the money for this room. We were afraid to stay here after we read about the live and dead cockroach comments and issues with the AC.We were traveling with small children and an adult with health problems.
