We stayed here with a few close friends and family. The weather was super windy and rainy but the house had plenty of things to keep us occupied! The house is beautiful and well equipped for the number of guest it houses. Of course beautiful location right on the beach. My only complaint would be that the furniture is very worn but other than that this house was everything we wanted it to be! I would love to stay here again

Wonderful House for a Big Family

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and there enough room for everyone. The pool was a great place to gather after a day on the beach. We loved having 2 sets of appliances in the kitchen since we have a family with food/gluten allergies. The tvs could be updated to be smart tvs - we didn't really use them except for the one in the theater room. That one was not easy to use but we were able to figure it out eventually. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely consider returning!

Overall, it was a great trip. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work which was upsetting because we wanted to use it everyday. The shower water was also a little chilly. Other than that, it was amazing. Walking on the beach was so peaceful, the theater room was great for watching sports and movies, plenty of activities to do in the house.

Property failed to meet our expectations!

Our family liked the open floor plan. However the home is in need of many repairs and the maintenance on the property has not been kept up. The media room equipment was not working throughout our stay. This was a big dissapointment to our 10 Grandchildren who were looking forward to spending time in the theatre in the evening.

Too many maintenance related issues

Spent too much time, communicating and waiting for the maintenance people to arrive and make repairs. Examples include three toilets not functioning properly, water dripping from ceiling, smoke detector not in ceiling, etc. Would have expected fewer or none of these issues at the house to have been properly taken care of and inspected before we came.

Bellissimo

This was not the first time we have stayed here. In the pass it was great. On the first follow water was coming in and the bunk house carpet was totally wet. On the second floor water was coming in via the slide doors and once I called house keeping they only dropped off towels to put on the floor. I had to called back on Saturday to get any help from Sandbridge staff that were local. They came out with an industrial vacuum cleaner to try and help but it did not.

Beach paradise

Check in was great. However, if you have a hard time with stairs, have someone let you in the side enterance. So much kitchen supplies and equipment. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Towel service was nice. Grill worked. Elevator worked fine.

Second Year

Great location. Spacious kitchen with Double appliances and plenty of kitchen items with crock pots, etc. Huge pool. One years use later has taken a heavy toll on the house and furniture including ongoing leak in lower level ceiling. Needs new bedding and matresses.

Great layout but…

It definitely is a deluxe beach cottage but the beds were absolutely unsatisfactory. Every adult in our group complained about their bed. The management was polite and agreed that the mattresses needed to be replaced but refused to even place foam toppers on the beds.

Beachfront House with a great layout for large groups

We were in the area in December for a wedding and we stayed at the Bellissimo. The location is great....great views of the ocean! Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a huge plus. The common spaces were more than large enough for everyone to gather. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. The only downside is the house and furnishings are starting to show some wear.

Experience at Bellissimo

We stayed at the premises as a group for 7 days. The ambience was excellent and the nearness to the beach was advantageous for early morning walks on the beach. The house is spacious on 3 floors , accommodating my party comfortably. The wifi was excellent, particularly the superfast 5G which enabled some in my party to link up with work and have on line conferences with ease. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped and resourced . All the appliances functioned well . I particularly enjoyed the calming sounds of the waves from the Ocean. We were here once before, nearly 2 years ago and we plan to return in the near future. Thank you , we had an epic time.
