The hotel is very peaceful and clean. It has almost a spa like feeling. It’s like you’ve gone to a retreat to reset yourself and get away from everything. Yet at the same time you’re 2 blocks away from any and everything you may want to eat or do.

Love, love, love, the staff, the room, the DJ! What took away a star was the menu (sushi grade salmon on the bagel instead of smoked was definitely a fail and i ordered 3... terrible) and size of the "infinity pool". The cocktails and mocks were amazing. Juices were great. Service staff outstanding as said before. Definitely coming back just having food elsewhere. Please just enhance the menu a make it much larger and room service please. I would love to treat this destination as a full on resort!

Our stay was incredible from the moment we walked in Elizabeth was super friendly along with Chloe, Amadi, and the rest of the crew. The attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and made our stay extra special. We’ve already booked our next visit.

We arrived late to drop off my fiance the next morning for deployment and the staff was so accommodating and allowed us to enjoy the pool and us around. Highly recommend.

I may have overlooked the parking and that the surf area was not connected to the resort and that there would be a parking fee. But it was my impression that the surfing pool area was part of the resort which was an inconvenience to have to walk to a completely different building/Business and having to ask for a pass each time we wanted to go. The breakfast (it was cold) was not as expected for the price and the assortment of drinks to purchase in room was pretty much seltzer drinks besides the alcohol, also we were not told where the ice machine was and the atmosphere was nice but the guest along with some staff didn’t make it feel welcoming for people of different ethnicity. The lounge outside it very limited so you have to wait for the small poolish area to be free to get in.

The property was really nice overall! Front desk staff was super friendly, gave us a tour of the place, & made sure that everything was explained for us. We did not realize parking was across the street & so we parked in a nearby parking garage, which we personally didn't mind. The room was beautiful & clean. The hallway leading to the bedrooms had a nice, light cologne smell consistently. The views from the pool area were relaxing & beautiful. Our only complaint was the amount of noise in our particular room. We were on the corner & apparently that is a hot spot late at night & then early in the morning. You can also hear every single room door opening & closing pretty loudly. Because of the placement of the bed in our room, there was also a hum when you were laying on your pillow because of the mini fridge. Not huge deal breakers, just something to note for other people who are sound sensitive or light sleepers. Overall, we did enjoy our stay & the ability to walk several places!

This is a beautiful new hotel with only 20 rooms on a single level. The design and decor are thoughtful and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with the exception of the desk clerk, who seemed nice enough but never smiled, and actually seemed a little shy for front of house. The facility overlooking a huge wave generator for surfing gave the sound of the ocean and is very attractive. As was the patio with a heated pool and firepits overlooking the surf area. The cocktails were good as was the limited menu of foods.

The small quaintness of the property was nice. The staff was welcoming. My boyfriend is a body builder which requires him to eat meals every 2-3 hours. There was no microwave for the guests to warm up food. Staff were nice to warm in their back area, but it was an inconvenience to do it this way. Overall the facility was nice.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the moment we stepped into the lobby. We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel special the entire time. The pool and lounge area were clean and comfortable. The views were amazing a the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at the Sitio and we will definitely be back soon.
