“Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par. ”

“Lodge Room quiet and sheets were clean but room worn with water stain in lamp shade. Elevator brass and woodwork needed polishing and dusting. Carpet dirty and worn. Crusty mineral build up around faucets. On the CW property but in the back 40 for lodge rooms. Food tasty in Barley Tea for dinner. Good coffee cafe in the am. Breakfast in Traditions has a decent breakfast.”

“Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro.”

“Peaks of Otter Lodge is always enjoyable to visit. The room is clean and very relaxing. The scenery is beautiful and so nice-trail around the lake is excellent. We stay here often as we can-would highly recommend it.”
