「My husband and I loved our stay at the Hotel du Palais! The rooms are so comfortable and quiet. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is a perfect location with walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed the wine tasting at the hotel. It’s a must see just to check out the cave and the wine is good too! We highly recommend the Hotel du Palais. You won’t be disappointed.」

「Amazing service by the whole team. Warm welcome at the door, everyone on the team was honestly of 5 star hotel quality. It was warm, friendly, and professional. Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and steam room are small but functional. Location is superb. Room is spacious, and beddings are of good quality. At this price point it is actually one of the best hotels in France.」

「Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean. I love the location that allowed us to rush in and out of the trail station without the need to call for a taxi.」

「Nice and clean. The ambient is terrific, superbly nice decor. Very close to the city centre. Easy to get around. Went for the massage and it was great. Just that the spa is not hot at all. Would definitely come again. 」

「Be aware that the hotel Ground floor was still under Decoration. Smelly, noisy, dirty. Room was ok though. 4 PP with two double bed. Small room. Location was ok, not far away from center. Hard to find street free parking during the time I stay.」

「如同他們家的酒，等級一樣，讚！ 從我寫郵件詢問火車站接待到飯店、下午在酒吧喝酒、晚餐早餐的每一接待都很到位，浴室有獨立暖爐⋯由於第三天需離開早餐剛結束，想試一瓶酒，他們毫不拒絕，讓我們試單瓶⋯我想這是許多飯店做不到的地方！有機會，一定會再回去住幾晚⋯」
