"Pool and hottub were in another build, but a cart is provided. Only 1TV on the propety for aporting events."

"For the price and star rating, I expected much better. The room had a nice layout but that was it. The walls are paper thin so I got some pretty disgusting audio that I'm sure originated from people who would have preferred their screams and moans to be private. Minimal amenities, I think Motel 6 is better. The staff is snarky and uptight so you would think you're actually at a decent hotel especially since you are in Beverly Hills. They say absolutely no pets but of course there was a plastic old woman with her whiny Chihuahua at the pool. I would not recommend this place at all!"

"View from the top of the hotel with a great free breakfast was worth it. Room was nicely appointed and felt newly renovated. Valet parking. Very close to Getty Museum and they even had a complimentary Uber there from the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel; quiet, quality. However I asked one thing during my week-long stay; I asked if someone could bring me ice as I could not walk at the time. They stated they would try and never showed. I guess customer service is dead."
