Great home base
The house was a great home base for a stay in Waco: quiet neighborhood, option to park behind locked gate, plenty of room, lots of extras in the well-equipped kitchen & bathrooms. While the house appeared neat & clean in nearly every room, the cleaning service might need to focus some extra attention on sweeping up pet hair, which was found on towels & on bathroom floors. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay, & we would definitely stay there again!

Magnolia cutie with clean comfort.
Wonderful! The home is clean and well appointed. An excellent base to see the eclipse and walking distance to Baylor University. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, well stocked kitchen with coffee.Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend without reservation.

The home is well kept. The neighborhood is quiet. It is close to Baylor University and other Waco attractions. We will stay here again.

Our host Karen was the best host we have ever had. She provided everything needed and was very quick to respond to our questions. House is very nice. Surrounding area is being revitalized has a few homes that haven't been upgraded yet but all the neighbors were very nice and most just kept to themselves.
