"Would say that once we were there the communication was excellent but before was not as good. Had to order a port-a-potty last minute on a weekend and holiday that cost a fortune because of miscommunication about the number of people visiting the home and the septic not being able to handle the group. A bit of micromanaging once on site but it was nice to have them available on site if there was an issue."

With the way the rooms are spread out it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. At times pictures on VRBO tell a different story than what you see upon arrival. "This house is sparkling fresh and clean having been newly renovated. The appliances are new and bathrooms are accessible, having a seat in each shower and no thresholds. The patio and enclosed backyard are lovely. The location is great, for access to The Grand community amenities which are many (pool, golf, pickleball, gym, exercise classes etc.). "The resort is kind of out on its own, yet only 40 minutes from the airport and 25 from State Farm Stadium. I thought the listing was for a two-bedroom, but it was two adjoining units, so we had way more space than we needed. The units were very clean and well-stocked.
