「We stayed in the Annexe , which was finished to a very high standard and had everything you needed. The quality if breakfasts available were superb, whilst the Staff were very friendly and helpful . Reason not a 5*, the location of the Annexe is the ground floor facing directly onto the main road in and out of Aberfeldy. Traffic started most mornings about 6am , tractors, HGV’s, PSV’s . 「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
