"The staff were superb! The hotel is charming and ideally located in the French Quarter. And when we arrived to find that our reservation (made through Expedia) had been canceled due to a problem between Expedia and the credit card company, Beverly (at the front desk) was terrific and calming. She took care of the problem with the best of true Southern hospitality. I miss seeing her and the rest every day. They were like family. "

A nice place to stay
"Everyone at the Crown had an amazing vibe. Every employee I encountered was knowledgeable about their job and able to answer my questions. When the restaurant was closed for a prepaid breakfast, the staff was able to refund my money without complication, with an apology and explanation even though it wasn't their fault, and with a smile. I would stay here agin!"
