「Staff were really lovely and helpful. A minor issue (lightbulb in main light had gone) was resolved in minutes. Room was clean and warm, bathroom was dated but clean and the shower was really powerful!
Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as my daughter is fussy!
The hotel is ideally located for the town centre, piece hall and eureka, and parking is a 1 minute walk away. Have seen lots of negative reviews of this hotel but honestly there was nothing wrong with it. I travel a lot for work and...

「Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm.
Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.」
