“I was somewhat concerned there was no onsite front desk/staff available but this proved to be a non-issue. The key code was expected to arrive via email the day before our arrival but was sent the day after the reservation was made which was 5 days before arrival I believe it was. They did follow-up with 2 emails after we received the key code with contact information to use if the code had not been received. “This was a perfect weekday getaway to relax, take walks, and enjoy the food and shopping scene in downtown Steamboat Springs. We only had one full day to enjoy activities, so I will definitely book a bit of a longer trip next time but the staff was great. Holly gave us great hiking suggestions and cool places to check out, which we plan to come back and do! Very easy stay, and slept well!”

“Nice location near shops and restaurants. Appreciated the spa and covered sitting area. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the ground floor unit in the back. Michael was very helpful with information on activities, etc.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked and was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows we not very comfortable. One was very flat, like it very old. The bathroom looks like it's from the 50's, pink tile and such. The toilet was very low.
The downside, the WiFi wasn't consistent. It connected on one side of the room, but walking to the other side, 10 feet away, lost the signal. The TV was very small too.
I'm not sure I would stay here again.”
