「Air conditioner is not working ,water is not warm,hotel is not clean at all ,rooms have a musty smell ,hallways are filthy dirty ,not upto any acceptable standard.」

「Some repairs are needed. Poor lounge chair at pool outside deck. It was broken and they only had one. Screen door in big need of repair. Items in the room did not work. Microwave door GFI in bathroom」

「The caretaker/host was super helpful and very nice! The room was perfect for what we needed although the water in the shower kind of blasted on you when turned on. The location is fantastic. We walked to the Royal Gorge Railway just across the street and there are a lot of food places close by. The breakfast area was down the stairs in rooms right next to the street but they have a nice patio up on the main level where you can sit and eat outside while watching people in the park across the...

「Bed was awful. No support. Flimsy and crushed」

「When we opened the room to move in, a pungent smell hit our faces. I thought it was the smell of disinfectant, so we opened the door for half an hour to barely make it less pungent. But when we went to the bathroom and found two cockroaches crawling around, I realized that the pungent smell should be the smell of cockroach medicine, and those two cockroaches became a nightmare for my wife who couldn't sleep all night」

「The room was freshly painted and it was clean. One night stay so it was good enough. The bed was uncomfortable but doable.」

「Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is only 2 miles from the east entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, making it very convenient. The rooms are also very clean.」
