“Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city.”

“The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!”

“Nous avions réservé un sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel et avons été tres agréablement surpris par la beauté des lieux mais malheureusement cela ne compense pas pour de nombreux défauts qui ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de notre sejour de façon optimale. Les horaires de check in/out sont peu commodes : arrivée à 15h et départ avant 10h. Sur les lieux nous avons réalisé que nous n'avions pas reçu de code d'entrée ni de details d'acceuil. “Serendipity house, lies about their amenities.  You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out,……
