「The property was like a dumping ground for garbage, not sure if the hotel is responsible. Garbage by room front door. Staff not very welcoming.」

「When I arrived at the hotel no one was in the office and it was locked. I had to bang on the window and wait some time to be helped. After I finally got my room, it was in very poor condition overall, worst of all the dead-bolt didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. Terrible experience.」

「I've been traveling back and forth to Florida for 30 years and this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When I was given a room it smelled like old fish and I asked to have it moved and I was granted that request the room that I was moved to also smelled like old fish. The staff was trying to be helpful but it's obvious this is the usual problem they they gave me packets of things that smell good and I was told to put it in the air conditioner.
