"Very Clean and a nice pool"

"I just finished a wonderful two-month stay at this incredible two-bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, and I cannot recommend it enough.The location is absolutely unbeatable—waking up to the sound of the waves every day was a dream. What really set this stay apart, however, was the incredible thoughtfulness of the owners. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lovely selection of snacks, and the unit was fully stocked with high-quality toiletries, coffee, and even creamers. It made the transition into the condo so easy and welcoming.During my stay, there were a couple of minor blips (as can happen with any home!), but the owners were incredibly gracious and responsive. They handled everything immediately and with such kindness that it didn't disrupt my stay at all. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests' comfort.The 2 pools, pickleball courts, & active clubhouse kept me busy and added great fun to my stay here. My daily beach walks were unforgettable. Everyone here was so friendly and kind.If you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway with hosts who go above and beyond, this is the place."

"The host was awesome and super accommodating. We didnt use the pool but it appeared inviting. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The apartment appears to be a work in progress, and i believe it will really be a star. The stairway is a bit steep so exercise care there, the patio door can be a little finicky, but will shut with a little effort. The unit is about a 9 iron from the Brightline tracks, but honestly the trains go by very quickly and are abnormally quiet as far as trains go. You'll hear them, but you wont need to turn up the t.v. Parking was abundant. We would definitely love to go back and see it when it is completed and enjoy the pool. We really felt at peace while there."

"Arrived in the dark very difficult to find the house because the house number is painted the same color as the house, no light until you get up on top of the door for the motion detector. Had trouble getting in so I hit I need help, but then we figured it out although no one ever followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. Cabinet door is broken curtains don’t fit the windows no curtain on the sliders in the back outlets not installed properly, wires hanging, and TV connected with extension cord. Back window, broken in bedroom. Dresser, drawer, broken, no hand towels or dish towels, laundry left in dryer. Don’t even know who it was. Ant‘s near front door and lots of fire ants in the backyard.Positives: quiet area, great little back porch, very comfortable master bed, relatively clean, except for linen closet had a lot of cobwebs"

"Beautiful stay. It was very comfortable and felt like home. We had everything we needed. The beach was near and pool. I was just around the corner from my daughter and son-in-law that made it within walking distance. I will definitely consider this as my yearly vacation spot. I loved everything about it. The host was awesome. Thank you."
