「For the first time in years we had all 7 of our children and their families together in one state. We rented this beautiful lodge that superceded our expectations. With 20+ people there was still enough space to break off by yourself when needed. The kids were entertained the entire time with the downstairs game room. 「Our party included three generations; the youngest member being 9 years old. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was large and fully stocked with appliances, and the beds were warm and comfy. We all appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. It made our holiday much more festive. But the best part, by far, was the sleds. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve sledding party! My nephew, the 9 year old, sledded everyday and says this was the best Christmas!」

「Our experience was great, the Cabin was lovely and very clean, the beds were comfy and the cabin had everything we needed. The communication with the Host was great as well, answered every question we had and responded quickly. The host provided some sleds which my family took full advantage of and had a great time sledding outside. Small town of Nederland was close by and we were able to grab a bit and also pick up groceries. Definitely will book again if I am ever in town.」

「I honestly expected the property to be a little more run down and have a funny smell. But it was AMAZING! Our room was so cute and perfect for our family of 3. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with essentials like silverware and dish soap. There was a small dining table with stools which made it so convenient to eat our own food. 「It was lovely! Very simple room while still being comfortable. Tucked away in beautiful nature with fun common areas. Loved the bluegrass live music around the fire pit while my husband enjoyed a beer from their tap. 」

「My husband and I enjoyed our stay. He fished, I sat on the wooden swing. We saw deer, and watched a mink along the river several times. This is in close proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain State Park. I messaged the owners twice and received prompt attention. The traffic noise is a bit heavy but definitely not a deal breaker for us. I highly recommend a stay here」

「The lodge had had a fire 4 months previous that we were not told about when we made our reservations. You can imagine our surprise when we got there, but the new property management worked with us to get us a condominium. It was lovely and comfortable and clean. They were very accomodating. 」

「This was a great place to gather with family. We are all adults that do not require high end stays to appreciate our surroundings or each other. Not fancy by any means, but serves as a great place to gather & rest your head. Limited supplies in kitchen so come prepared and bring your own water. Faucet water is not clear in color, so bring plenty of drinking water too! Beautiful surroundings right outside your door.」

「My first bad review ever — We made a reservation through Expedia. We showed up to no one there. No answer on the phone number listed. We contacted Expedia. They could not get in touch with the owners at any number, published or private to Expedia. It took over an hour on the phone with Expedia but they got us another room in another town. Thanks to Expedia we ended up at a much better place. This place is run down looking and old. I would not recommend it.」

「We enjoyed our wonderful stay here, 7 of us, and the proximity to Eldora Ski Resort. And then we visited Estes Park on the way back easbound. Loved the hot tub (I've owned hot tubs for years; we appreciated that the owner spent the $$ to upgrade his jacuzzi to salt water) ... it was perfect after all day skiing at Eldora. We will return next year!」
