Dated. Needs massive internal refurbishment. Appalling signage for such a massive building. No real coffee available in rooms. TVs old fashioned cannot screen mirror. Morning room service not available till midday. Very uncomfortable beds, shockley poor pillows Trading on past glories.

Wonderful and relaxing stay here and can’t wait to go back. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spacious with a very large and comfortable bed and staff made my birthday extra special.

Kid friendly break in luxury hotel.

Really attentive and friendly staff that are used to young children. Swimming pool was not that large so with 2 kids it's best not to go when it's busy. Nice sauna and jacuzzi, staff are on hand to provide you towels or help if you have any queries. Large breakfast selection to choose from which helps with our kids being somewhat picky.

There is nothing this hotel lacks. Absolutely beautiful accommodation and facilities with a manor house look and feel. Breakfast is unbeatable. No where tops this. Swimming pool with fresh ground coffee and decaf. Free. Buyable swim suits and goggles. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff, all of them. Very accommodating and helpful. As I said, nothing could be better.
