「I landed at 7:55 a.m. and arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., yet check‑in was only available from 3 p.m. Dragging a 29‑inch suitcase and a 24‑inch suitcase together with my three children, I felt utterly frustrated — why is check‑in not until 3 p.m.!
