「The rooms were smoke-free, nicely air-conditioned, a good size and clean. The entry to the hotel and casino was poor. If you are at all sensitive to smoke this may not be the place for you. It has a nice river view, loads of parking close by. It served our purpose of a place to crash, close to I-20 ,for a good price.」

「We got there in our travels late at night. There was no one to check us in so I called the number and asked for security and security someone over to find the front desk person. Security never found the person and they left so after another 15 minutes, I called again. During that fun conversation, the front desk person showed up she had actually was helping a woman who had disabilities moved to a different room because of a problem she had had in that room and she couldn’t do it all herself....

「There are 2 stories with no elevator. My wife uses a walker and they wanted us to stay upstairs. We were able to get the only room downstairs available. The bathroom was the smallest ever seen. There were crumbs on the bed, a Cheeto on the floor and a dead roach in the bathroom. The sink was very slow draining. The pool was nice and the breakfast okay. The ice machine was difficult to use The toilet was very low to the floor. The manager said that they did not need an elevator for 2 stories....

「My wife slipped on the pool steps because they were slippery. She reported it to a staff person and no follow-up about her injuries. When we reported it in the review our reply was to question the truth of our report. White we were there one elevator was out and only one ice maker worked. No work was done to repair either while we were there.」

「While reserving my room I verified tub and shower was available. When I signed in, clerk said she thinks room has a tub. Walked to the room and no tub. Went back to the front desk and clerk sent someone to check which room has a tub. Upon coming back, he could not find a room with a tub. Supposedly no tubs in the rooms since there renovation. Had to settle for just a shower. Wife was not happy.」

「The newly renovated rooms are amazingly nice ! The shower level and bed comfort will have you in chokehold. The peace and quiet will make your rest even better. Very comfortable big king size bed and TV on the swivel. Impressive stay! The comfort just can't be beat anywhere in the area. It's no disappoint!」

「Lovely stay in largest suite. I was very disappointed with breakfast, but it was nice to dine with others staying there. Would love to come back 」

「Don’t stay here with a pet!!!! unique place but room had dog pee soaked into the floor. The other rooms might’ve been really nice and the staff was the nicest that I’ve ever met at any place so it’s very unfortunate that no one bothered to clean the floors. My socks actually turns yellow. It was really disgusting.」
