「The big problem I had was the HVAC in the room. The thermostat on wall did not work, however, the unit worked and it was not cooling enough. The way the furniture was set up had the air conditioning unit aimed up under the furniture and it would not circulate through the room. So, no air moving. Room just needs to be thought out better.」

「Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff. We will return.」

Clear communications with the host added to the positive experience. Was third winter we have visited Albemarle/Pamlico peninsula to view wildlife. When we return, we will definitely try and book this lodging again.」
