Great location and large apartment

We spent a week at the property and found it very convenient and comfortable. The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay again.

The 3 of us enjoyed our stay - everything was just as described and expected and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.ENVITAE's pre-checkin process is a bit onerous but once it's done the checkin on the day was easy peasy.

The apartment itself was amazing, very clean and updated. The building was under renovation so some of the things i would comment on I'll reserve. Was my first time using this service and was overall very satisfied and will use it again.

The apartment was great!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Arlington apartment. It was clean and well equipped to meet our needs. The location was conveniently located as well as within walking distance to several stores and restaurants.We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and apartment

Great and clean apartment in a wonderful location. Check in process was easy but we had to followup to get the check in information right before our trip. Apartment had minimum requirements for a stocked kitchen and linens. Teflon cookware was scratched. Would consider staying here again.

Great time as DC Tourists

We had a great time during spring break in this rental. It was large enough for our family of 5 in a clean, safe environment just over the bridge from downtown DC. Our boys loved being so close to DC landmarks and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The building is currently being renovated and looks like the updates will be amazing.

Perfect location for a family DC trip

We are a family of 4 that really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was provided. The location is PERFECT. There are Many food options and the Metro in close Walking distance. We paid extra for Parking and it was worth every penny. I recommend this to anyone going to the DC area.

Good Stay

Management communication was great. Apartment had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and the floor needs a good scrubbing. The building is under construction so the public areas are a little sketchy right now. Location was a perfect home-base while we visited sites all over Virginia, D.C. and Pennsylvania. Overall, a great stay!

Nice apartment. Great accommodations. I could have used a standard ironing board since we had dressy events to attend. Entrance is under construction so entrance is on the side street, which was a little confusing. Other than that, it was a great place!

Great place but needs a woman's touch

The apartment building was very nice, easy to access the garage gates and elevators thru the App. The door lock was a bit tricky but no big deal. The place looked exactly like the pictures on line which is always a plus, however there wasn't a little "Welcome Packet" with instructions on how to operate the TV, the washer & dryer, or the thermostat. Which could've included the local, walkable restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We also could've used more bath towels, so we didn't have to do laundry and the kitchen was a bit sparce, needs more wine glasses and coffee cups so we don't have to do the dishes all the time. But, overall a nice place in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend this property to others.

Stay was fine. Nice downtown Arlington area. Minor problem with key was quickly resolved. Bed was excellent - premium memory foam. Only issue was remodeling was more than the reported building lobby. Lobby remodel was finished - actual remodeling was entire building - outside facade, hallways, and individual rooms. Noise was only during days, when gone. Overall, would return. Thanks.

Convenient and comfortable

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo worked great for a visit to the DC area for me and my adult son. It was comfortable, safe and in a great area to be able to walk to shops and restaurants in Rosslyn, and a quick drive or Metro trip to all the major attractions in the DC metro area. The building and condo could use a bit of renovation, but overall it was comfortable. I had to wait a day to have the light and drain fixed in one of the bathrooms, but the property management company communicated promptly. It was nice to have access to free parking as well as an on-site gym and pool.

Great location and unit

We stayed for three days. Unit is exactly as pictured. Communications via text was quick (seconds to repsond). Place was clean with lots of accoutrements for cooking. Few things to note—we stayed from Friday to Monday. On Monday there’s construction across the street that started at 7:30. Not the owners fault but fyi. Also the door lock was tough to open and close. The unit has a key but wished it was smoother. I hope the owners will have that fixed shortly. Otherwise a total 5 star stay!!

Location is accurate

The host didn’t advise the property was under construction nor that it was a building that primarily students rented. It was not accessible for handicap which is what we needed. We had to get a hotel to stay in because we never were able to get ahold of the host. They refused to take a phone call. Parking garage was not good for. Larger vehicle which we had because we drove 10 hours to get there from out of state. Needless to say I am sure it would have been fine to stay based on previous reviews that I read but I can’t say anything about the stay since we didn’t but we definitely were charged.
